Use
In this Customizing activity, you select individual reference numbers as reference numbers for transfer reduced hours compensation.
No requests for flat-rate SI refunds occur for reference numbers for transfer reduced hours compensation (RHC).
Requirements
With the law for safeguarding employment and stability in Germany (Konjunkturpaket II), employers now have the option of requesting reimbursement of SI contributions for reduced hours compensation.
The employer is refunded in flat-rate form 50 percent of the social insurance contributions that the employer has to pay in the period from February 1, 2009 until December 31, 2010. The request for the flat-rate SI refund occurs automatically via the payroll list RHC when the reduced hours compensation is calculated in the SAP system.
However, the reimbursement regulation does not apply for transfer reduced hours compensation. Therefore, for transfer reduced hours compensation, the reference number has to be selected as the reference number for transfer RHC so that the application for flat-rate SI refund is suppressed for this reference number.
