Use
In this Customizing activity, for individual reference numbers, you specify the period in which the flat-rate social insurance refund to the amount of 100% is to be requested for all of a reference number's employees who participate in reduced working hours.
Requirements
With the third SGB IV amendment act, section 421t of the SGB III was supplemented such that if any reduced working hours were implemented in at least one of the employer's companies as of January 1, 2009, then # as of the seventh calendar month of payment of the reduced hours compensation in one company # the employer can request that the social insurance contributions for which the employer is liable are refunded in full (100%) in a flat-rate form for all other companies of the employer. This regulation is valid until December 31, 2010.
If the prerequisites for the flat-rate SI 100% refund exist, the SI refund can be requested via the reimbursement application and the RHC payroll lists at the employment agency. In the SAP system, you must make sure that all employees of the RHC reference numbers that fulfill the prerequisites are included in a payroll list with the identifier "Flat-Rate SI 100% Refund".
