In this Customizing activity, you define the data required to then use the report RHC/SRHC List for Employment Agency/HI Fund with Form Output (RPCKULD3) to create the lists for the request for reduced hours compensation (RHC) and seasonal reduced hours compensation (SRHC) for the employment agency and the health insurance funds.
Requirements
The reduced hours have been requested at the employment office.

- The reduced hours period, as approved by the employment agency
- Company number of the company at the employment agency that approved the reduced hours
- Approval number for the reduced hours
