Use
The lost hours due to reduced hours (RHC) or seasonal reduced hours (SRHC) are valuated using the payroll function DKUG KUGM that is called in the subschema DKU1. This function calls the RHC module in the report RPCKUMD1. In this report, the wage types formed previously that are relevant for the calculation are processed further. The calculation is divided into subroutines that each generate corresponding outbound wage types from particular inbound wage types. Table T5D0L controls which wage types are processed in which routine and which inbound wage type is assigned which outbound wage type.
Recommendation
The calculation of reduced hours compensation as represented in the standard SAP system complies with the legal requirements. Only make changes in exceptional circumstances.
Activities
If you want to change the calculation, you need to modify the report RPCKUMD1 and, if necessary, create new processing routines and assign the inbound and outbound wage types.
For reduced hours and seasonal reduced hours, maintain the work subarea KUGW.
