In this Customizing activity, you check whether the reduced hours substitution type is configured for payroll:

  • The reduced hours substitution types must not be imported in schema DPWS.

    This takes place using function P2003 via parameter 4. This is already configured for substitution type 03. If you have created other substitution types as reduced hours substitution, you need to exclude them when importing in schema DPWS, in accordance with the substitution type 03.

  • All substitution types are imported in schema DKB0.

    This takes place using function DKUG GAP, which structures the RHC shift plan and considers all substitutions. Initially, all non RHC substitutions are imported and, if there is a reduced hours shift substitution on a day, overwritten by these.
    You can further modify the shift plan structured in this way by using function P2003 to import shift substitutions in accordance with the function DKUG GAP in schema DKB0.

Requirements

Your reduced hours substitution types have been configured.

Activities

  1. In the personnel calculation schema DT00 for the function P2003, check the parameters for the reduced hours substitution types:
    1. Parameter 2 must contain "Sxx", whereby "xx" represents the RHC substitution type. Parameter 4 must be defined with EXCL.
  2. If required, use function P2003 in personnel calculation schema DKB0 to import additional substitution types:
    1. Parameter 2 must contain "Sxx", whereby "xx" represents the substitution type.

Further notes

If you have configured a new reduced hours substitution type, this is to be considered for payroll.

For this, you need to use transaction PE04 to define the relevant parameters for function P2003.
