In the previous section, you set up separate pay scales for hazardous duty for employees who are only insured for a certain percentage rate in an increased risk area. In this step, you determine how high this percentage rate is and on which increased risk area the employee appears in the wage statement.
Example
An example is set up in the standard SAP R/3 System.
This example assumes the following constellation:
For employees who are managed completely on an increased risk area, you set up pay scales for hazardous duty.
Mutual indemnity society 24 Pay scale for hazardous duty 01 (technical employee) Mutual indemnity society 24 Pay scale for hazardous duty 02 (commercial employee)
For the employees who are managed at a percentage rate on an increased risk area, you set up pay scales for hazardous duty.
Mutual indemnity society 24 Pay scale for hazardous duty 03 (50% technical employee) Mutual indemnity society 24 Pay scale for hazardous duty 04 (50% commercial employee)
Here you determine, to which pay scale for hazardous duty the employee is actually assigned, and with what percentage the data of the employee (gross pay, working hours ...) appears under the actual pay scales for hazardous duty.
Mutual indemnity society 24 Pay scale for hazardous duty 03 : The employee is listed in the wage statement under the pay scale class for hazardous duty 01 (technical salaried employees) with 50% of his gross amount.
Mutual indemnity society 24 Pay scale for hazardous duty 04 : The employee is listed in the wage statement under the pay scale class for hazardous duty 02 (technical salaried employees) with 50% of his gross amount.
