The basic principle of the support of several pay scales for hazardous duty per employee will be to assign several pecially defined pay scales for hazardous duty at a time to one employee in the infotype Mutual indemnity societies.
In the chapter
Social insurance
---> Master data
---> Legal social insurance
---> Create increased risk areas
you stored the increased risk areas specified by your mutual indemnity societies.
For the employees who only belong to percentage of an increased risk area, special pay scales for hazardous duty must be set up.
Example
An employee is assigned to the pay scale for hazardous duty 01 only to a rate of 50 % (technical employee). Please set up a new pay scale for hazardous duty. The new entry could be:
Mutual indemnity societies 24 pay scale for hazardous duty 03 (50% technical employee)
Standard settings
The example is set up in the standard system.
Recommendation
Please check to what percent your employees are assigned to the respective pay scales for hazardous duty.
Activities
Set up a new pay scale for hazardous duty for each percentage rate of a pay scale for hazardous duty. Specify the corresponding percentage rate for the text for the new pay scale for hazardous duty.
Further notes
If you maintained the new pay scales for hazardous duty, assign the pay scales for hazardous duty valid for the respective employee to each employee in the infotype Mutual indemnity societies. One infotype record is be set up per pay scale for hazardous duty.
Make sure here that the percentage rate adds up to a total of 100.
