The wage type MA10 represents an standard monthly salary. Since this is only used for salaried employees, this wage type should be included here.
Standard settings
All sample wage types set up in the standard system that are used for salaried employees, are included in the wage type list of this point.
Activities
You must take the fields MS and Wtype into account when entering the wage types into the wage type list.
If a wage type is to be included in the statistics with the negative value of its amount, please code this wage type in the field MS with a '-' sign.
In the field Wtype, you specify how the wage type is to be dealt with.
- If you want to have the amount of this wage type taken into account as an agreed basic remuneration, please code this wage type with 'G' in the 1st position.
- If your wage type contains Pay scale bonuses, please code this wage type with 'Z' in the 1st position.
- If your wage type contains activity-related remuneration, please code this wage type with 'L' in the 1st position.
- If your wage type contains Other bonuses, please code this wage type with 'S' in the 1st position.
