Within the groups commercial/technical salaried employees and industrial workers, the employees in the remuneration statistics Chemical industry are assigned to remuneration groups. The decision to which remuneration group an employee belongs can be made directly dependent of his pay scale classification. The remuneration statistics for chemical industry distinguishes 13 different remuneration groups for the industrial workers and the salaried employees. In this section, you determine which remuneration groups should be assigned to the pay scale classifications.
