You should store all wage types, which are included both in the monthly survey and the annual survey, in this wage type list. However, the requirement for this should be that type and contents of the wage types for the salaried employees and industrial workers are identical.
Example
The wage type M610 represents meals allowance. Since this is included both in the annual survey and the monthly survey and applies to industrial workers and salaried employees, this wage type should be included here.
The wage type M120 represents Christmas bonus. This wage type is only relevant for the annual survey and must not flow into the monthly survey. Therefore this wage type must not be entered here.
Standard settings
All sample wage types set up in the standard system, which have general character, are included in the wage type list of this point.
Activities
You must take the fields MS and Wtype into account when entering the wage types into the wage type list.
If a wage type is to be included in the statistics with the negative value of its amount, please code this wage type in the field MS with a '-' sign.
In the field Wtype, you specify how the wage type is to be dealt with.
- If you want the amount of this wage type to be taken into account as wage/salary, please code this wage type with '1' in the 1st position.
- If your wage type contains the number of the paid hours for hourly wage earners, please code this wage type with '1' in the 2nd position.
- If your wage type contains the number of the overtime hours for
industrial workers, please code this wage type with '1' in the 3rd position.
A combination of this coding for distribution is supported, that is, you can have a wage type that has the overtime hours of an industrial worker in the number field and the overtime pay of the industrial worker in the amount field, processed by means of the code
