You have created several personnel (sub)areas in your system which must be included into the generation of the income survey for the German State Offices of Statistics. For the survey, it might be necessary to display the survey data for several personnel subareas together under one representative personnel (sub)area. You can store the Grouping together of personnel (sub)areas to one "Report company" by specifying a representative sender in this chapter in the form of a feature.
Example
You have personnel subareas 0001, 0002 and 0003. The statistical data of these personnel subareas should be output summarized, where the personnel subarea 0001 represents the sender of the income survey for all. You can represent this constellation by means of the following specification of the feature:
Variable argument F D Operations D BTRTL 0001 &DVEZU=00010001, 0002 &DVEZU=00010001, 0003 &DVEZU=00010001, **** &DVEZU=********,
Standard settings
No grouping together is created in the standard system.
Activities
Please group your companies together according to the sample used in the example. If you do not need a grouping together, you need not make any settings here.
Further notes
In addition to grouping together companies, the feature additionally supports a summarization of collective agreement types and pay scale areas. In exceptions, this can be useful (for example if you have set up two pay scale areas for which a German Federal State Office of Statistics is responsible). For the mode of operation of this extended summary, please refer to the feature documentation.
