The severely challenged persons display consists of two parts. In the first part, the number of the severely challenged persons is specified per Place of business. If you have a very small number of employees in a personnel subarea, the severely challenged persons law prescribes to group together these small personnel subareas to a "Report company". This is generally the case for small regional offices which have less than six employees. The "report company" could then, for example, be all regional offices of a geographical region. Here you control this Summarization to a "report company".
Example
You have stored the personnel subareas 0001 - 0009 in your system. The personnel subareas 0001, 0002, 0003 have less than 6 employees in each case. Since these are related in one form or the other, they are grouped together to a "report company". The sender of the "report company" is represented by the personnel subarea 0001. Similar applies to the personnel subareas 0004 and 0005.
