If employees fulfill special characteristics, these employees are to be specially dealt with in the severely challenged persons display . These characteristics are basically contained in § 7 of the severely challenged persons law. Some special cases can be recognized by means of the 'usual' master data information. There are characteristics, however, you must store employee-specifically in the system. In the system, these characteristics are referred to as Exceptions. Here you can look at the characteristics of employees to which this applies. It is used for information only. You need not carry out an actions.
Example
Severely challenged persons who can only practise a part-time activity due to their severe challenge are specially dealt with in the severely challenged persons display.
Standard settings
The standard system covers all employee subgroups that are specially dealt with.
Activities
This option is to point out that a special master data maintenance for the support of the severely challenged persons display is necessary in a few exceptions. If an employee fulfills the Exceptions listed in this point, a master record for these employees has to be created in the infotype Statistics, subtype Legal statistics, statistics SeverChall.
