In this step you flag the absence types that trigger an immediate payment of irregular pay elements.

Example

An employee takes parental leave from April 15. If the Parental Leave absence type has been flagged accordingly, all irregular pay elements that have not yet been paid will be included in and paid in the payroll run for April.

Activities

To maintain the indicator for the immediate payment of irregular pay for absence types, proceed as follows:

  1. For each absence type, select an indicator in the Irregular Pay field
  2. Choose Save.
