In this step, you maintain the receiving offices, to which DEUEV data media are sent. You may have to add new entries, since the receiving office is not usually the same as the employee´s health insurance fund. These entries should be indicated in the following screen as Recipient health insurance fund for regulatory reporting.

Example

You create two data media, one for the AOK and one for private health insurances. The receiving office for the data medium to the corresponding AOK is the Regional Association of Health Insurance Funds, in our example for Baden-Wurttemberg, the AOK Regional Association in Lahr. The receiving office for the data medium for the private health insurance funds is the Federal Association of Health Insurance (Funds) for Salaried Employees VDAK in Siegburg.

In this case, you must add two entries:

  1. Add a new entry LVOBW. In the following screen, maintain the company number, the West/East indicator and the type of health fund (=01) of the Federal Association of Health Insurance (Funds) for Salaried Employees in Baden-Wurttemberg.
    Indicate the receiving office as being the recipient health insurance fund for regulatory reporting.
    Also maintain the address and bank details.
    Further entries such as percentage rates are not required for receiving offices.
  2. Add a new entry VDAK. In the following screen, maintain the company number, the West/East indicator and the type of health fund (=03) of the Federal Association of Health Insurance (Funds) for Salaried Employees.
    Indicate the receiving office as the recipient health insurance fund for regulatory reporting .
    Also maintain the address and bank details.

Requirements

Clarify the receiving offices to which you are sending a DEUEV data medium.

Standard settings

Since you must define your receiving offices, there are no standard settings.

Activities

Add your receiving offices to which you are sending a DEUEV data medium. Maintain the company number and the West/East indicator.
Indicate the receiving office as the recipient health insurance fund for regulatory reporting.
Maintain your address and bank details.
