Use
In DEUEV, the license plate country code must be reported for the employee#s address.
The license plate country code is normally determined using the country code from the Addresses infotype (0006) using table T005 (Countries).
However, the license plate country code to be reported in DEUEV is specified in appendix 8 of the Gemeinsamer Rundschreiben DEUEV and differs in part from the official license plate country code.
In this work step, you can maintain the alternate DEUEV license plate country code for the affected countries. This then overrides the license plate country code from table T005 (Countries) for all notification procedures in which the license plate country code has to be reported according to appendix 8 of the Gemeinsamer Rundschreiben DEUEV.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the SAP standard system, the alternate license plate country codes are delivered for the country keys of the SAP template of table T005 (in client 000).
Activities
If you have transferred the country keys of the SAP sample delivery from table T005 to your productive system, you can also transfer the sample delivery of the alternate license plate country codes directly by synchronizing with client 000.
Otherwise, you must assign the alternate license plate country codes to your own country keys.
