The data media transferred to the receiving offices with DEUEV notifications, must be indicated in your preliminary record by a sequential number. This file number is saved and counted separately for every Sending personnel area and every Recipient cash office .
In this step, you can determine the file numbers to be used first for DEUEV data media.
Requirements
- Clarify which sending personnel areas are available in your system (refer to Maintain sender for DEUEV notifications ) and recipient cash offices (refer to Assign recipient cash offices).
- Create an overview of the last file numbers used by your enterprise, if required.
Standard settings
If you do not determine any file numbers in this step, then report RPCD3TD0 will start, on creating data media with the file number '000001', and make the non-existing table entries itself.
Activities
Create an entry with the file numbers you last used for the appropriate transfer of data for every combination of sending personnel area/ recipient cash fund.
