In this step determine your sending personnel areas.
In DUEVO notifications the operating number of the person sending the notification must be specified in addition to the emloyer's (responsible party) operating number. Such a sender could be a computer center, for example, that carries out Payroll for several firms. Generally it is however simply a definite personnel area in your company ('payroll office').
The feature DZUD3 which you maintain in this step is used to assign the employer's personnel area (from the employee's organizational data) to the sending personnel area. The sender's company number is determined in the DUEVO notifications using this feature.
Requirements
You have created your personnel areas and personnel subareas with the corresponding company numbers.
If your company carries out the Payroll for other firms you must create a personnel area/subarea using your own company number.
Standard settings
No conversion takes place in the supplied feature. This means that the sender's company number is determined by means of the employer's company number.
Further notes
It is essential to give feature DZUD3 a defined return value if the notification creation process is to function correctly. An error will occur in the notification process if it is not possible to evaluate the feature.
