HR DEUEV creates notifications for employees from the date specified in the 'DEUEV Start' infotype (0341). If the DU cluster includes notifications for an employee for periods prior to this date, then these notifications are cancelled.
When you start working with HR DEUEV, the 'DEUEV Start' infotype must be created for all employees. The RPUDPBD0 utility program generates a batch input session for creating infotype records. In the report´s request screen, enter the date on which you wish to implement HR DEUEV productively, and start the program. Then run the batch input session.
If, at the start of HR DEUEV, you have deregistered all employees using your legacy system (reason for submission 36) and now wish to register them again using HR DEUEV (reason for submission 13), then you should flag the 'Special Registration' parameter in the RPUDPBD0 program selection screen.
Recommendation
As a rule, you do not have to maintain the 'DEUEV Start' infotype when hiring. However, if you want to automatically branch to the 'DEUEV Start' infotype, go to Events in the Implementation Guide (IMG).
