In this step, you determine the default values of the activity key reported in the DEUEV. The activity key is proposed dependent on the job when creating the DEUEV (0020)infotype.
Example
The job key 00000006 represents the job of a wage accountant. For this employee, you must generally report the DEUEV activity key '772 = accountant'. In the DEUEV activity field, enter 772 so that activity key 772 is proposed in the DEUEV infotype for every employee who is set with this job key.
Requirements
- You have defined your jobs.
- Decide which default values are useful for a job.
Standard settings
Since you must define your jobs in all cases, there is no default setting.
Recommendation
Maintain the default value for the activity key reported in the DEUEV. As a result, the activity key is already proposed when creating the DEUEV infotype.
Activities
Determine the corresponding activity keys for your jobs. Enter these in the DEUEV activity field.
Further notes
Only permitted activity keys can be entered. If the activity keys change or new ones are added, these are generally newly delivered by SAP. However, you can maintain them yourself under the 'Recurring modifications' and 'Modifications due to legal changes' step under Maintaining activity key. For more precise specifications on the DEUEV activity keys, please refer to Key directory for specifications on the activity in the insurance statements from the German Federal Labor Office.
