In this step, you determine the values for constant valuations which are wage type dependent.
Standard settings
The standard system contains model entries with a modifier value of 01 which you can use as a reference for your own wage types.
Actions
- Find out whether constant valuation wage types exist at your company.
- Check whether a wage type is valuated differently depending on certain criteria.
Such criteria might include the location or employee subgroups.
- Copy the standard calculation rule XMOD and rename it ZMOD.
- Set up this decision tree in calculation rule ZMOD and set different values for modifier 2 (MODIF 2).
- Change the personnel calculation rule that is accessed by personnel calculation schema DT00 from XMOD to ZMOD.
- Enter the values for each modifier and wage type.
Note
In the standard system, modifier 2 is normally set to 01. If you do not need different values for the same wage type, you can skip steps 3 to 5 and enter all wage types under modifier value 01.
