Special features of remuneration statement for construction industry
To make the system settings for the remuneration statement, please see the section Remuneration statement.
This section describes the special features of the remuneration statement for construction industry pay. To gain a full understanding of this section, you should first familiarize yourself with the procedure for setting up forms. For information on this, please see the section 'Remuneration statement'.
Standard settings
The standard R/3 system contains a standard form for creating remuneration statements for construction industry pay.
The name of this standard form is DFB1.
Day statement
The day statement indicates the number of hours the employee has worked each day. These hours are printed by wage type, e.g. time wage, overtime, ....
Example:
DAY STATEMENT
-------------
01 02 03 04 05 06 07
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Time wage 7.50 7.50 7.50 7.50 7.50
Overtime 2.00 2.00
08 09 10 11 12 13 14
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Time wage 7.50 7.50 7.50 7.50 7.50
To print the statement in this way, carry out the steps Set up wage types in window, Set up line layout in window, Set up special processing rules and Set up initial and final group texts in window.
Wage types are printed out from table ZTBAU (table indicator 8). The wage type is assigned to the day in field POSID.
Set up wage types in window
---------------------------
WT Tab No Win. Gr Sgr LTy. CTy. WT AS Con. Rule Splits DSplit Dif
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
BA10 8 1 F1 60 1 60 1 %7 01 K
Table indicator: 8
Wage types from table ZTBAU in payroll results
Conversion: %n, e.g. n=7 %7
The number n indicates how often the wage type is to be printed in the line.
You must make an entry in the step 'Set up wage types in window' for each line to be printed (according to the 4 to 5 weeks). Each line is indicated by a group.
Example:
WT Tab No Win. Gr Sgr LTy. CTy. WT AS Con. Rule Splits DSplit Dif
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
BA10 8 1 F1 60 1 60 1 %7 01 K
BA10 8 2 F1 65 1 60 1 %7 02 K
BA10 8 3 F1 70 1 60 1 %7 03 K
BA10 8 4 F1 75 1 60 1 %7 04 K
BA10 8 5 F1 80 1 60 1 %7 05 K
If n printouts are to be made per line, you must also define n line layouts.
(CAUTION: It is enough to specify wage type BA10 with line type 60 and column type 1; the system uses the entry %7 in the Conversion field to count the column types from 1 to 7.)
Set up line layout in window
----------------------------
LTy. CTy. Offset Lngth Field Fld offset Con. Rule

60 7 000 13 T512T-LGTXT 00
60 7 062 07 XRT-ANZHL 00
The entry of line layouts 60-1 to 60-7 has the system make the printout in one line in positions 14, 22, 30, 38, 46, 54 and 62.
How do you know the line and column in which a wage type is printed?
This information is taken from field POSID (day in month) and is evaluated in the rule query. Rule 01 states that only wage types between days 01 and 07 should be printed. Rule 02 states that only wage types between days 08 and 14 should be printed.
Set up special processing rules:
--------------------------------
Example:
Rl No Field OffLg C RO Value 1 Value 2 Off Lngth NewVal Con. R
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
01 00 ZTBAU-POSID N BE '01 '07
The column is determined from the remainder when POSID is divided by n.
Example:
Posid = 06: 6 / 7 = 0 remainder=6 so position 6
Posid = 21: 18 / 7 = 4 remainder=4 so position 4
(Caution remainder=0 means position 7)
Set up initial and final group texts in window
----------------------------------------------
You can then define initial group texts for the lines, i.e. groups.
Example:
Win. Gr I N ....+....1....+....2....+....3....+....4....+.......+....6
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
F1 60 B 1
F1 60 B 2 01 02 03 04 05 06
F1 60 B 3 ---------------------------------------------------------
Employment statement
Internal table IBADR (construction site data) is printed for the employment statement.
The table contains data for each construction site and work period, such as first day on site, last day on site or the address.
Table indicator: 9
Leave fund
In addition to 'normal' printing of leave using the leave table VAC, either in a fixed position or in the wage type window, you can also print the leave wage types in the wage type window for the leave fund. The technique used in customizing is the same as that in the standard system in this case.
See standard form DFB1 for an example.
Page control
You can make page settings in the step 'Set up wage types in window':
The table indicator is '&'.
Entry in wage type field:
PAGE: New page
PGnn: Wage type window begins on the first page in line nn.
