The attributes can be stored in the Construction industry assignment (0192) infotype when entering employee data.
Example
You do not wish to pay employees a 13th month's salary. Hence you enter the Block 13th month's salary attribute.

If the attribute is stored in Construction industry assigment, you can call up the attribute values in payroll in the personnel calculation rule with the DBAU MI operation.
