In the Personnel calculation schem DTOB, the time wage types are collected in the Personnel calculation rule DBVB. For this, the time wage types must be coded in the processing class 75 (capital formation and 13th months salary).
Work hours for capital formation are collected in the calculation rule DVDB in the variable /57C. This occurs for hourly wage earners and monthly wage earners with CPay type 4 (industrual employees). These time wage types are coded in processing class 75 with the specification 1 or 2. If the specification 3 is used, it is also stored in the wage type /BGS.
Absence wage types that should reduce the employer share, can be collected in the secondary wage type /57B in the calculation rule DBVB. However, wage type /57B should preferably be created directly. These absence wage types should be coded in processing class 75 with the specification 4.
In this step you specify which wage types
Count towards the work hours for capital formation /processing rule 01)
Count towards the absences for the reduction (processing rule 02).
