Requirements

You must first do the following:

  • Enter the social funds
  • Define the contribution ranges
  • Determine the breakdown of pay scale area groups for the social fund procedure
  • Group employees together for the construction industry

Activities

  1. Make a distinction between the various work areas according to country grouping, social fund, and pay scale area group.
  2. In the overview, enter all of the possibilities for each social fund in a particular pay scale area for the following:
    1. The grouping of employee subgroups in the construction industry
    2. The exceptions, such as military/non-military duty, construction sites abroad
    3. The contribution ranges, such as lost earnings compensation, interim payments
    4. The priority for processing
  3. On the detail screen, enter the social fund amounts as fixed amounts or percentages.
  4. Enter the calculation rule used to calculate the employee amounts for a particular area.
  5. Assign a wage type for the social fund amounts.
