To calculate overtime hours automatically, you must determine the following for all time wage types and absences:
- Are they included in the planned hours for the day
- Do they reduce the number of planned hours per day
- Do they reduce the number of planned hours per day and are they stored in the time statement table
- Are they included in the actual hours worked per day
Function DBAU MEA sorts the wage types according to their specification in processing class 80.
Example
Planned hours 8 (wage type BI10)
RHC time off 4 (wage type MK80)
Time wage 5 (wage type BA10)
--> Overtime 1 (wage type BM10)
--> Time wage 4 (wage type BA10)
Further notes
Specification 9 ensures that Time Management wage types created using wage type generation are transferred to the day statement for construction pay. Operation DBAU ZT+ is used to do this.
Operation DBAU ZT+ scans the CP: Transaction Data infotype for the wage types' construction site assignment. It does this for all absence wage types that have an absence split.
