In this step, you reconcile the integration of wage type generation with the import of the absence hours using the Construction Industry Transaction Data infotype.
If you create wage types for absences using wage type generation, make sure that you use the time Z in the step Valuate absences by constants/averages.
These wage types can be stored in the daily statement for construction industry in the Overtime step.
Note the following:
If you enter absence hours in the Construction Industry Transaction Data infotype, and these hours exceed the valid planned working time, only the absence hours within the planned working time can be imported using wage type generation.
- Additional absence hours for absences covering complete days are imported using the function DBAU ABW.
The additional absence hours are imported for all absence hours that differ from the wage type in the Construction Industry Transaction Data infotype.
- You can use function DBAU ABW1 to increase the additional absence hours using the generated wage type.
To do this, you must flag the wage types in a customer processing class:
- Use 1 to flag all wage types that are created in wage type generation and whose absences are to be increased.
- Use 2 to flag all wage types that are to be imported into the payroll run using the Construction Industry Transaction Data infotype. These wage types determine the hours that are to be increased.
- In the schema, enter the number of the processing class in parameter 3.
