In this step, you make the settings for processing wage types relevant to the flexible hours policy.

The following are possible values which determine processing:

  • 0 WType not relevant and is passed on unchanged
  • 1 WType included in actual hours for advance
  • 2 WType included in actual hours for retention amount
  • 3 WType included in actual hours for advance and retention amount
  • 4 WType included in reduction hours for advance
  • 5 WType included in reduction hours for advance, act.hours ret.amount
    and in actual hours for retention amount
  • 6 WType reduces minimum remuneration hours
  • 7 WType reduces minimum remuneration hours and hours before retention
    amount
  • 8 WType reduces hours before retention amount A WType includes
    work remuneration account M WType contains in retention amount
    assigned overtime hours

Requirements

If you use this functionality, you must make settings for all wage types to be processed in processing class 81:

Examples

Loud BRTV 97/98 (1.42) reduce eg

  • Hours for leave
  • Hours for illness
  • Hours for bad weather conditions non-productive time
  • Hours for non-productive time resulting in reduced work

the tarif granted monthly wage. These hours are therefore indicated with the specification 6, 7 or 8.

Notes

This which are made with wage types 6, 7 or 8 are only used for models that as Indicator before retention amount have the value:

  • Actual hours less rated working hours
  • Actual hours less company working hours
  • Actual hours less hours It. model
  • Actual hours less hours It. reference working hours plan
