In this step you create the flexible hours models that you want to be able to use to manage a working hours or remuneration account in Payroll.
You can assign the models for each employee in infotype 0192, 'C.Pay: Assignment'.
Example
According to BRTV 96/97, industrial workers must be paid a minimum wage for 152 hours within a settlement period. This pay must also be retained for all hours worked in excess of the working hours required by the collective agreement.
You might set up the following model to depict this:
- Flex.hrs model 0001 PSModel Valid from ... to ...
- To calculate retention amount:
- Max.retention hours 54.00
- Hours before retent. 169.00
- Retention indicator 3 Act ./. hours according to model
- WType retention BX20
- For payment of advance:
- Minimum rem.hours 152.00
- WType advance BX10

Notes
For the calculation of overtime the limit determines which of the hours worked outside the planned working time are subject to surcharge. This limit can determine the field Hours of overtime. It is determined in wage type /BEL through the flexible working time.
Along with this function DBAU FLEX with Parameter PZL is called up in SAP standard schema DT0B. Using these parameters, the hours for calculation of retention amount/advance for exact days is determined using table ZL. The limit for the calculation of overtime is assigned to variable /BEL.
