In this step you check the time wage types that contain hours to be included in the hours worked for the 13th month's income for industrial workers.
1. Federal rate contract 1997/98
Example
If you want to include the hours for a certain wage type in the hours worked for the 13th month's income, you must make a setting of 1 or 2 for the wage type in processing class 75.
If the wage type is not relevant for the 13th month's salary or for capital formation, the setting in processing class 75 should be 0.
Requirements
For calculation use calculation formula 05 or 04, Set rules for 13 month's income.
You carried out the settings for the wage type catalog in unit Wage type catalog.
Wage types which should be distributed with A have been assigned an amount under Pay scale dependent constants.
Activities
Distribute the wage types whose amount should flow to the valuation basis for calculation of the 13th monthly income.
Example
Make the settings for your time wage types according to the hours worked for the 13th month's income.
