In this step you check the values of the constants used for the rules for payment of a 13th month's income.

Standard settings

In the standard R/3 system, the constants used for setting up the 13th month's income begin with the letters WG. The sample entries correspond to the values which apply according to the collective agreement for 1997/98. The following parameters contain corresponding values:

  • WGMIN Minimum number of hours to be paid for industrial workers
  • WGSTD Number of fixed hours for industrial workers
  • WGKST Maximum number of reduced hours due to illness
  • WGGWA 13th month's amount for industrial trainee
  • WGTKA 13th month's amount for techn./commercial trainee
    • Trainee
  • WGAUF Always round up 13 month's income
