In this step, you define the default values for infotype 0191, Construction Pay: Expenses.
You can have the system propose defaults in infotype 0191 according to the company code, personnel area, personnel subarea, employee group, employee subgroup and construction type.
You can set defaults for the following fields in the C.Pay: Expenses infotype :
- Return home
You can specify whether you are dealing with a daily or weekly journey home, or with a long stay at the place of employment.
- Reimburse travel costs
You can specify whether the Reimburse travel costs indicator should be flagged.
- Daily entitlement
you can set the code for the amount of the separation allowance.
- Weekend trip home
You can set weekend trips home above the general pay scale.
- Means of transport from home to place of work
Specify the means of transport that is used to travel between home and place of work.
- Work at changing locations
Specify whether the indicator for work at changing locations should be flagged.
- Business trip
Specify whether the indicator for a business trip should be flagged.
- Regular place of employment
Specify whether the indicator for a regular place of employment should be flagged.
- Two households
Specify whether the indicator for two households should be flagged.
Example
You want to have the system propose different separation allowances, indicators for tax accounting and for two households depending on the employee subgroup.
Activities
Use the DBLEA feature to set the default values for the separation allowance in the C.Pay: Expenses infotype.
