  1. Define admissible means of transport:

    Define the admissible means of transport used by employees in your company to travel to their places of work.

  2. Describe reimbursement of transportation costs:
    1. You must define a wage type for transportation costs reimbursed for daily trips home.
    2. You can also display a wage type for weekend trips home containing transportation costs for trips home at the weekend.
      3. These wage types are displayed in daily statement for construction industry and in the payroll results table.
    3. You must determine the lump sums for transportation costs. You can define an amount per kilometer as well as an amount per passenger and kilometer.
    4. You must specify how the data is to be processed for taxation purposes in the Means of transport field.

      The data can be stored under a time constraint, i.e. the values can change from one year to the next.
