In this step you can set up the form background.
- The form background can be used instead of a pre-printed form.
- Answers can also be set in advance.
Example
If the answer to question 1 d) "Has the employee worked as a Managing Director" in employment statement §133 AFG is always "NO", enter this information. By entering "MAN-" in the step "Maintaining data positioning", you can keep the option to overwrite the answer manually which allows you to change it to "YES" if necessary.
- Please adjust the sample entries supplied with the standard SAP system so that they meet your requirements.
