In this step you set up statements form using the HR form editor.
There are two ways in which you can access information on the form editor:
In the R/3 System, choose Help -> R/3 Library -> Personnel Administration and Payroll -> Tools -> HR Form Editor
In the transaction for the form editor, choose Help -> Extended help
For further information on maintaining statements (form class BEXX) using the HR form editor, in the IMG choose Statements -> General Notes on Setting Up Forms -> Setting Up the Form with the HR Form Editor.

Statement wage types This statement consists of two forms. However, you only define the statement wage types once on the first form (standard form BE01).
Unpaid absences Upaid absences (longer than 4 weeks) over the past 7 years are specified under point 1b based on the notes to this statement. The system only evaluates the statement period. The remaining period is entered manually by the administrator. (This data can, for example, be taken from the payroll account.)
Compensated leave Here you define the leave types determining compensated leave. The standard system uses all leave types to determine compensated leave. If your company only uses certain leave types, you can set these up in the step 'Setting Up the Form with the HR Form Editor'. To access this step, choose Statements -> General Notes on Setting Up Forms -> Setting Up the Form with the HR Form Editor
