The fictitious gross and net remuneration amounts in the last 3 periods are to be printed under point 2 in the statement.
In this connection, please note the instructions from your health insurance fund as to which wage types are used for gross remuneration and which are not.
Code the wage types accordingly in evaluation class "08".
The specifications have the following meaning:

The once only payments should only be deducted from the gross amount, BRUG. The once only payments are deducted from the gross taxation amount, BRU6, internally.
