If you want to print two persons responsible on the statements, you can specify the name of the second person who is authorized to effect a signature here.

Standard settings

There are no entries in the table in the delivery system as each company has to set up its own employees in the table.

Activities

  • Under 'User', enter the name of the administrators who are to create the statements, usually your personnel administrators.
  • Under 'Name', enter the last name (you can also enter the first name) of the persons who are to be printed on the statements as the second persons authorized to effect a signature.
  • Enter more details on the second person in the 'Address' and 'Telephone' fields.

If you want to print the second signature, you must maintain the form background for the statements and the data displayed in fixed positions. Only one person responsible is printed in the standard system.

Further notes

Decide within your organization whether it is really necessary for more than one person responsible to be printed.
