Standard settings
Since each company must set up its own employees in this table, the table is delivered empty.
Activities
Under 'User', please list the user names of the administrators who are to create the statements. These are usually your company's personnel administrators.
Under 'Name', enter the first and last names of the persons who are to be printed as signatories on the statement. Each administrator is assigned a signatory.
The administrator and signatory will usually be the same person.
Enter the appropriate data in the 'Form of address' and 'Telephone number' fields.
Further notes
If an administrator is not assigned a first signatory, the statement will probably be rejected by the receiving authority.
Example
Administrator Baker is to create statements. However, his head of department Mr Miller is to printed on the statements as responsible signator.
In this case your entries should be as follows:
