The statement data is stored by the person who determines the pension under the statement type in the statement cluster for CPS.

The statement driver is then started and the actual statement is created. The statement driver works on the basis on statement identifiers. To enable the driver to select the correct data from the cluster, a statement type must be assigned to the identifier for a statement.

Example

You have maintained the statement identifier 9000 in the IMG step Set Up Statement Parameters. With this identifier, you want to create a statement for an individual pension. The statement data for individual pensions are stored in the cluster under statement type P1.

If the statement type for individual pensions P1 has been assigned to identifier 9000, the statement data for an individual pension is determined from the cluster when the form is printed for identifier 9000.
