In this step, you set up the statement identifiers. A statement identifier characterizes the settings and special features of a statement.
Activities
When you have defined the identifier using the overview screen, carry out the following steps to set up the parameters for the statement:
- Assign functional area
The assignment of identifier to a functional area determines the tab page on the initial screen in which the statement is found.
- Control of window elements
- In the overview screen, you define how the window elements are printed for each window. All window elements for the SAPscript form are available in the value help. A window element is only printed if it is entered here. You use the sequential number to determine the sequence of the windows.
- In the detail screen, you define how the window element is printed. You can choose TOP, BODY, or BOTTOM as the printing area for the MAIN window.
You determine how the printing of the table is controlled. To do this, you specify the table name. You also specify whether all table records are printed or whether only particular records are printed. If necessary, enter the number of table columns.
After choosing the 'Expand; Zoom' pushbutton, you have the option of formulating a condition for printing a table row. If the statement driver iterates via a statement table when printed, the row is only printed if the condition encoded here is fulfilled.
- Assign statement functions
Here you assign statement functions introduced in the Customer Enhancements section to the statement identifier.
If you want the statement driver to call your customer form routine EXIT_RPCAVAD0_010, enter at least one statement function that starts with a 'Y' or 'Z'.
- Set up spool parameters
You can assign indicators here to enable improved searching in the spool.
- Assign statement types
When you assign a statement type to the statement identifier, you define which pension scheme data is used when the form is created.
You can use the form EXIT_RPCAVAD0_010 in include RPCAVZD0 if you want the statement driver to import customer tables during data selection or if you want to overwrite the selection.
