Make sure that a second signature is really necessary for statements created for your organization.

Activities

  1. Under User, enter the user name of the administrator who creates the statements. This is usually the personnel administrator for your enterprise.
  2. Under Name, enter the name of the person who is printed on the statement as the second signatory.
  3. Under Form of address and Telephone, enter the corresponding data for signatory.

Further notes

To make sure the name of the signatory specified here is printed on the statement, you must modify the SAPscript form. To do this, use the statement structure sach.
