Recommendation

Activities

  1. Under User, enter the user name of the administrator who creates the statments. This is usually the personnel administrator for your enterprise.
  2. Under Name, enter the names of the persons who appear on the statement as signatories. One signatory is assigned to each administrator. The administrator and signatory are usually the same person.
  3. Under Form of address and Telephone, enter the corresponding date for the person acting as signatory.

Further notes

To print the signatory specified here, you must modify the SAPscript form accordingly. Use the statement structure sach.
