You also define the calculation formula (function for specifying the adjustment date).

The RP_01C_DI_DATE_OF_INCREASE function ('D1') for calculating the adjustment date is delivered in the standard system.

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Determine the function for calculating the adjustment date.
    Hereafter, it is assumed that you use the standard module.
  2. If necessary, you can define a general rule for calculating the date of the first adjustment. This general rule can be overridden by each individual. To do this, you can enter a date type. If this data type exists in infotype 0041 (Date Specifications) for the relevant personnel number, the date is taken from the infotype.
  3. To set the date of the next adjustment, you can either use a symbolic constant or enter a fixed value with the time unit of months.

Further notes

By assigning a variable key, you can enter different adjustment periods for individual pension components within one pension plan. The variable key is used with the return value of feature DWCWR to determine the valid table entry.
