In this step you check the personnel calculation rules which are called up for correct tax handling of dependent pensions.
In the personnel calculation rules dependent pensions can be converted from potential to real pension payments.
Through this it is possible for a particular pension to determine a wage type and make the granting of a pension exemption dependent on the Pension type.

Standard settings

In the standard pension payments with Pension type 2 are treated as dependents pensions. If the wage type of one of these pension payments is determined as potential pension payment ie granting of pension exemptions under particular circumstances only (see infotype 0012), it is displayed as real pension payment ie general granting of pension exemptions.
