Example
All salary elements should form the basis for the pensionable income. As a result, all wage types must be assigned to the wage type group in this view.
Standard settings
All pensionable income is stored in the wage type group.
Activities
The wage type group is assigned to the income identification. The statement wage type for the pensionable income is also stored with the income identification. In Payroll, the total of all wage type amounts for the wage type is stored in this wage type.
Further notes
If fictitious salary elements from unpaid absences are pensionable in your pension plan, the corresponding absence indicator must be stored with the wage type in the wage type group.
