Use

This activity allows you to enter the absence types to be taken into account in the Activity period section of structure S41 and the Inactivity periods section of structure S46 in order to generate the period start reason code in these structures.

Requirements

The system will read table AB of the payroll cluster. For absences evaluated in retrospect of the previous fiscal year, the system determines non-evaluated absences in the declaration of year A-1 by comparing the AB table of the original period with the AB table of the recalculated period.

Activities

To retrieve information on the period start reason code, you must indicate the relevant absence type.
