Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Payroll China (PY-CN) component. You can use this BAdI to modify the disability grouping for a specific employee. When you implement this BAdI, you override the disability grouping determined by the Customizing activity Assign Employee Disability Groupings.
