Use

In this Customizing activity, you make the following settings to facilitate the disability processing during the payroll calculation:

  • Define Disability Classifications
  • Define Disability Grades

    We create the standard definitions of disability classifications and grades as per the national criteria GB/T 26341-2010.

    To enable the payroll program to calculate and make the tax reduction for disabled employees, the HR administrator needs to register their disability classifications and grades in the Additional Personal Data for (CN) (0259) infotype.

  • Define Employee Disability Groupings
  • Define Tax Reduction Rules for Employee Groupings

    You define employee disability groupings according to valid tax reduction rules that are applied in your company.

    We provide the following standard tax reduction calculation methods:

    • Fixed amount
    • Fixed percentage

      Additionally, you can set an upper limit for monthly and annual reduction amount.
