Use
In this Customizing activity, you determine which address type of employees you output in the Year End Tax Declaration (HCNCTXD0 and HCNCTXE0) reports.
Requirements
The report outputs addresses located in China only; therefore, you must have entered the address information with CN in the Country Key field in the Addresses (0006) infotype.
Standard settings
The default address type that the reports output is permanent residence (subtype 1 of the Addresses (0006) infotype).
Activities
Based on your requirements, if you want the reports to display the different address type for employees, you can perform the following steps:
- In the Set Subtype Sequence for Address Formatting (ADDRS) feature, choose the entry YETD.
- Under the entry YETD, choose the entry MOLGA (Country Grouping) 28
- Enter the number of the subtype in the Addresses (0006) infotype that corresponds to the address type that you want the report to output.
Note:
To output a different address type for different employee groups, you can add other decision criteria, for example, the company code, personnel area, and employee group under MOLGA entry. For more information, see the Set Subtype Sequence for Address Formatting (ADDRS) feature.
Example
Assume that you want the report to output an employee's permanent address, but if you do not have a record of the employee's permanent address or the permanent address is not in China, you want the report to output the employee's temporary address, in this case, you define the value 1/2 in the Set Subtype Sequence for Address Formatting (ADDRS) feature.
