Use

In this Customizing activity, you define the contribution groups for different income categories and set the default tax percentage or amount that an employer pays on behalf of an employee. You make this setting if the employer pays income tax for an employee partially or fully.

Note

You can enter either the tax percentage or the tax amount according to your business requirements, but you cannot enter both of them in the system.

You can also enter the contribution start date and end date in this Customizing activity. The tax percentage or amount for a specific employee can be viewed and changed in the Income Tax (CN) (0531) infotype.
